Legal withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have for any remote purchase, the right to return the products purchased, without giving reason under the condition of informing your decision within fourteen days of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration devoid of ambiguity by email to the address hello@miye.care.

Returns

The satisfied or reimbursed warranty

In order to always serve you better, Miyé carries the period of information for the exercise of the right of withdrawal at 14 days and extends the right of withdrawal to its hygiene products, food supplements and well-being, including perishable products or that you would have unzipped to try or feel, without having to justify reasons.

The products are to be returned within 14 days after you have given us your decision to withdraw from this contract, if possible accompanied by their original packaging (not open).
These returns must be requested from hello@miye.care.

In accordance with the law, the items will be reimbursed to you within 14 days the return of the items, on the basis of the price of the purchased product (s). The shipping costs paid when ordering are reimbursed to you on the basis of standard flat -rate participation for sending orders, out of any supplement that may be paid for personalized delivery, priority processing of your order, more urgent delivery or in reimbursement. The return costs remain at your expense.
In the event of the use of the item beyond a test within a reasonable limit, a discount may be applied to you and charged to the refund to be made.

The refund will be made after receipt of the returned product and/or justification of the proof of its return and unless you agree, we will use the same means of payment as the one you have used (CB, have, reduction voucher, gift).
