Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Subscription plans are available on the website. By choosing one

or more subscriptions, the Customer agrees to receive the products every 2 or 3 months (depending on the choice made) and to be charged the subscription fee

periodically.

The subscription is non-binding; the Customer may suspend it at any time directly through their customer account on the dashboard.

The Customer will receive several emails from the Seller prior to the renewal of their subscription to notify them of this renewal and allow them to cancel it before the renewal date if they do not wish to receive the relevant Products again. If the Customer does not cancel their subscription before it renews, any return of the relevant Products will be at the Customer’s expense.
