Deliveries

Miyé undertakes to deal with orders of the items ordered on the Internet or via the mobile site as soon as possible, and whenever possible, to provide the carrier your package after receipt and processing of your order, within 3 to 5 working days from the registration of your payment by bank card to order for delivery in mainland France and in Monaco.

If the maximum deadline could not be held, you could terminate your order, without cost, under the conditions of articles L216-1 and following of the Consumer Code, by registered letter with request for acknowledgment of receipt or by a writing on a lasting medium, if, after having enjoined us, in the same way, to make the delivery within a reasonable additional time, Miyé has not executed in this period. The contract will be considered to be resolved upon receipt of your letter or the writing informing us of this resolution, unless you have been delivered in the meantime.
However, when this date or delivery period constitutes for you an essential condition of the contract which results from the circumstances which surround the conclusion of the contract or an express request on your part before the conclusion of the contract, you can immediately terminate the order.

In the event of a resolution, we reimburse you all the sums paid, at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which the contract was denounced, under the legal conditions. Apart from mainland France and Monaco, the delivery times mentioned below are dependent on the destination countries and postal deadlines in the country. The maximum delay is increased for these destinations at 30 days.

Delivery in mainland France withColissimo

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days. In the event of failure of the delivery attempt, the customer can reprogram the delivery before 4 p.m. the same day, following the instructions received by SMS or by e-mail. After this period, the package is automatically reached towards the nearest withdrawal point (Relay global network or hopps store) and stays there for 10 days. The packages are followed and delivered against signature

Flat -rate participation in the costs of provision

For each order, a lump sum participation is requested in the provision costs which includes the shipping costs, the packaging and the processing of the order, the amounts of which are specified below.

Your basket indicates by default the fixed participation in the costs of provision for mainland France. If you select another country of delivery, your basket is automatically updated with the amount of the lump sum participation at the provision costs corresponding to the destination you have chosen.

The information on your lump sum participation and the threshold required to benefit from the participation costs offered automatically register in the basket at the bottom right, depending on the destination you have chosen.

Flat -rate participation billed by zone

Valid for the accessible offers of the site, excluding special promotional offers, accessible via advantages, advertising inserts or emailings, for which special conditions for participation in shipping, packaging and treatment costs, limited in time, can be offered to you: in such a case, please relate to the conditions of the offer or your derogation advantage.
