Shake well and dilute 4 mL (the equivalent of 1 measuring cap or 1 teaspoon) in your drink or yogurt in the morning or evening, preferably away from meals.

Preferably take 1 hour apart from other supplements.

Keep refrigerated after opening (and consume within one month).

1 bottle for 15 days (preferably to be taken in the 15 days preceding your period, after excesses or during seasonal changes).
